Access International leverages its worldwide software publishing network to introduce element 5 to the U.S. market and expand element 5's presence in Europe. One year after engaging Access International as its business development partner, element 5 realizes a 35% growth in total U.S. revenue, increasing its yearly run rate from $0 to $1.1M. Two months later, on April 19th, 2004, Digital River acquires element 5 for $120M in cash.
