iolo Partners with Access to bring PC Tune-Up, Security and Data Recovery Solutions to France
System Mechanic Ranked #1 Selling Product in its Category with French Retailers

iolo technologies is a leading provider of Windows-based utility software. Founded in 1998, the Los Angeles-based company quickly established itself as the go-to solution provider for businesses and consumers seeking PC tune-up, security and data recovery applications.

iolo has received numerous awards for its products, including accolades from Consumer Reports, PC Magazine, PC World, and CNET. Its solutions, System Mechanic, System Mechanic Professional, Search and Recover, DriveScrubber and iolo AnitVirus, enjoy distribution among leading U.S. retailers; Wal-Mart, Best Buy, Staples and Target, and also throughout other English speaking countries around the world.

With ninety-five percent of its retail channel revenues coming from the U.S. and Canada, iolo decided to focus more attention on growth opportunities in international markets. In 2007, iolo turned to Access International to help launch its flagship product, System Mechanic, in France and other countries throughout Europe and the Middle-East, as well as in Australia and South Africa.

Working with a network of key republishers in global markets, Access quickly established iolo's brand throughout the newly targeted regions. The reception to iolo has been especially strong in France where Access and its republishing partner introduced iolo solutions to leading retailers, including Fnac and Carrefour,for the first time. According to a recent GFK report, System Mechanic is now the #1 selling product in its category in France. Now preparing to launch the solution at retail in Germany, Spain and the Netherlands, both Access and iolo expect to see equally strong sales in these other European markets.
